Client Responsibilities
As a client of our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information necessary for billing services
- Maintain proper documentation of services rendered
- Respond promptly to requests for information
- Pay fees according to the agreed-upon schedule
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
Fees and Payment
Service Fees
Service fees are determined based on the scope of services provided and will be outlined in your service agreement. Fees may be based on a percentage of collections, flat monthly rate, or per-claim basis.
Payment Terms
Payment is due according to the terms specified in your service agreement. Late payments may be subject to interest charges and may result in suspension of services.
Confidentiality
We understand the sensitive nature of healthcare information and are committed to maintaining strict confidentiality. We comply with all applicable privacy laws, including HIPAA, and maintain appropriate safeguards to protect your information.
All employees and contractors sign confidentiality agreements and receive regular training on privacy and security requirements.
Service Level Agreement
We strive to provide high-quality services and maintain the following standards:
- Claims submitted within 48 hours of receiving complete information
- Payment posting completed within 24 hours of receipt
- Response to inquiries within one business day
- Monthly reporting provided by the 5th business day of each month
Limitation of Liability
While we exercise professional care in providing our services, we cannot guarantee specific results or collection amounts. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for our services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Termination
Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice as specified in the agreement. Upon termination:
- All outstanding fees must be paid
- We will provide all records and documentation
- Confidentiality obligations continue indefinitely
- We will assist with transition to new billing provider
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Secure Dental Billing and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration will take place in Healthcare City, HC.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify clients of material changes via email or through our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Healthcare, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with your service agreement and our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Secure Dental Billing regarding the use of our services.
